From Zucchero to Youssou N'dour to Sting, 1D1R was rocked from an early age by
his mother's CDs. It was in his teens that his passion for music took shape, and
it was in rap that he found his voice. On June 19, 2020, after much hard work,
he released his first project: a 9-track EP entitled"Un Two". A few months
later, he released "Mélodrill", a series of tracks mixing conscious and
nostalgic lyrics, set to catchy rhythms. On February 25, 2022, he
revealed"Beldia", an intimate track produced by beatmaker Remed, accompanied by
a video shot in his native Senegal.
