Alice Glass is the stage name of Canadian singer-songwriter Margaret Osborn,
born on August 23, 1988, in Toronto, Ontario. After running away from home at
the age of 15, she took the pseudonym Vicki Vale and formed the all-female
experimental punk band Fetus Fatale. In 2003, she changed her alias to Alice
Glass and founded the electronic music group Crystal Castles with Ethan Kath. In
the following years, the group went on to build quite a reputation thanks to a
series of albums that combined a lo-fi noise approach with catchy pop hooks and
