Born in Jay, Florida, bluegrass singer and musician Amanda Cook was introduced
to music by her father, a banjo player whom she accompanies in the band High
Cotton, formed in 2007. In 2013, she launched her own career, releasing a
self-produced debut album entitled One Stop Along the Road, before forming her
own band, The Amanda Cook Band. Signed by specialist label Mountain Fever
