Bersuit Vergarabat are a Latin rock band from Argentina who began in 1987 with
the name Henry y la Palangana and changed names before deciding on the current
one. Led by singer Gustavo Cordera and chief songwriter/keyboardist Juan Subirá,
the band made its official debut in 1992 with the album Y Punto, and hit its
stride in the late 90s with the Gustavo Santaolalla-produced Libertinaje (1998),
which propelled them to stardom through hits like "Yo Tomo," "Sr. Cobranza," and
"Se Viene." This success was followed by other well-received albums such as
