Formed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1972, Blue Magic is a popular ‘Philly Soul’ band founded by tenor vocalist Ted ‘Wizard’ Mills and originally featuring tenor Keith ‘Duke’ Beaton, baritone brothers Wendell and Vernon Sawyer, and bass Richard Pratt.
