Broken Back
Broken Back is the electro-folk project of Jerôme Fagnet, a French composer from
Saint-Malo. As a child, he studied classical music and jazz, and learned to play
the tuba. A fan of Cat stevens and Buena Vista Social Club, and a fan of Mumford
and Sons and James Vincent McMorrow, his first musical steps came in 2014 in a
slightly different register with the online publication of a cover of Bon Iver's
"Skinny Love". He regularly posts his compositions online, attracting the
interest of DJs Thomas Jack, Klingande and Kygo, who request him for
