Grenoble-based accordionist Daniel Mille won the Django d'or award with his
debut album Sur Les Quais in 1993. Regularly acclaimed by critics for albums
such as Le Funambule (1999) and Après La Pl uie (2005), he is also appreciated
as an accompanist for French chanson and world music. In 2009, the album
L'Attente was his biggest success. In 2014, Daniel Mille accompanied Dorsaf
Hamdani on the album Barbara - Fairouz, a tribute to two great voices of world
music.
