DEEN
Formed in Japan in 1992, Deen is a rock band founded by vocalist Ikemori Shuichi
and keyboardist Yamane Oyake-ro. Originally meant to be a studio-only project,
the group eventually brought in guitarist / bassist Tagawa Shinji (1994 – 2018)
and drummer Naoki Uzumoto (1993 – 1999) for live and studio work. Since then,
the line-up has been fluid with only Shuichi and Oyake-ro remaining as the core
band members throughout their career. They released their self-titled debut
album in 1994, which went on to sell over a million copies. The album included
the Number 1 single "Hitomi Soras...
