Fefe Dobson is a Canadian singer who boasts English, French, Jamaican and
Canadian ancestry. She made her album debut in 2003 at the age of 18 with 'Fefe
Dobson'. Her style merged emotive vocals with rock power chords. The lead single
was the anthemic 'Take Me Away'. After the failure of her following two singles
and the emergence of Avril Lavigne, Dobson was then dropped by her record label.
Her follow-up album was 'Sunday Love', released independently in 2006.
The album clearly made a mark as its songs were covered by Jordin Sparks, Selena
Gomez and Norwegian band Lilyjets. ...
