R&B vocal group Force M.D.’s – sometimes referred to as Force MD’s - was formed
in 1981 in Staten Island, New York. Formed by brothers Stevie D. Lundy, Antoine
‘TCD’ Lundy and Rodney ‘Khalil’ Lundy, their uncle Jessie Lee Daniels, and their
friend Trisco Pearson, the group was initially called the L.D.’s before changing
it to the Force M.C.’s when they collaborated with DJ R. Rock. Shortly after,
they settled on the name Force M.D.’s and began performing on street corners in
