Real name Issa Lorenzo Diakhaté, rapper Freeze Corleone was born on June 6, 1992 in Les Lilas, Seine-Saint-Denis. Born to a Senegalese father and an Italian mother, he grew up in Dakar after spending his early years in Pantin. There, he met a number of young rappers, with whom he launched the Ligue des Ombres collective. Moving to Montreal, Canada, he discovered the North American scene, particularly Atlanta and Chicago.
