Formed in Sevenoaks, Kent in 2005, UK indie-rockers GoodBooks arrived on the
scene in the era of skinny-tie '00s indie à la the Mystery Jets and the Young
Knives. Frontman Max Cooke and drummer Leo von Bulow-Quirk were childhood
friends prone to thrashing out Beatles covers in their attic. They formed the
Fingerprints with Christopher Porter and JP Duncan at school, before morphing
