Hailing from Longueuil, Quebec, Groove Aardvark is a Canadian punk-rock band
that formed in 1986 under the original (and controversial) name "Schizophrenic
Muff Divers." The band's five co-founders — Vincent Peake, Danny Peake, Stéphane
Vigeant, Eric Lajambe, and Marc-André Thibert — were all students at Cégep
Edouard-Montpetit, and they released EPs like 1987's One Fine Day and 1991's The
Late Race to Zero before unveiling their full-length debut, Eater's Digest, in
