(Gummy)
Gummy, aka Park Ji-yeon, is a Korean singer-songwriter who has carved out a name
for herself as a regular feature on soundtracks.
Gummy got her start in music in 2003 with the album 'Like Them' and its lead
single, 'Memory Loss'. The album performed reasonably well, peaking at 28 in the
Korean album chart. The single, however, earned her the main 'Bonsang' prize at
the Golden Disc Awards and the Mobile Popularity Award at the Mnet Km Music
Festival the following year.
The albums 'It's Different' (2004) and 'For the Bloom' (2005) followed. Both
