Gypsy & the Cat
An Australian duo made up of two DJs, Gypsy & the Cat's electro-pop has strong
pop-rock overtones. Formed in Melbourne in 2008, Gypsy & the Cat made a name for
themselves in the UK and France in 2010 with their album Gilgamesh. Gypsy & the
Cat toured Australia in 2011, opening for Kylie Minogue's Aphrodite Tour . The
Jona Wark EP in March 2011 heralds new adventures for the electronic gypsy cats.
