Johann Michael Söllner, who goes by the name Hans Söllner, is a German reggae
and folk singer known for narrative songs with socially conscious lyrics. He
taught himself to play the guitar, began writing songs and won a local talent
contest before making his recording debut in 1983 with the album 'Endlich Eine
Arbeit'.
