Hikari Mitsushima, born on November 30, 1985, in Kagoshima, Japan, is a Japanese
actress, singer, and model. She started her music career in 1997 as a teen idol
singer in J-pop groups Folder and Folder 5. She began her acting journey in the
same year, starring as Shiori Uchiura in the kaiju film Rebirth of Mothra II,
continuing her film career with roles in the 2006 manga-based thriller Death
Note and the 2008 comedy-drama Love Exposure - a performance which earned her
