Isabelle Mayereau first came to prominence in 1978 with the song "Tu m'écris",
and went on to release a number of albums featuring her gentle voice and
melancholy style: Des Mots Etranges (1980), Nuages Blancs (1982) and Isabelle
Mayereau (1984). Returning after a ten-year silence in 1997, the singer from
Bordeaux only reappeared in 2009 with the album Hors-Pistes.
