John Eric (John Eric La Roca Osorio)
John Eric is a Puerto Rican urban music artist. He was born John Eric Calderón
Osorio on March 4, 1983, in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. He is also sometimes known
as John Eric La Roca. He showed an interest in reggaeton and urban music at a
very young age, writing his own songs at age 11. This led to him quickly
performing at local parties and community centers, eventually signing a contract
with Guatauba Productions in 2000. Though he would appear on various tracks
throughout the years, it wasn’t until 2005 that he released his first solo
