John Ottman
A film director and editor, American composer John Ottman (b. San Diego, 1964)
is best known for scoring such blockbuster films as Usual Suspects (1995), X-Men
2 (2003) and Superman Returns (2006), in close collaboration with Bryan Singer,
and for some of his fifty or so compositions. 2009 saw the release of the films
Urban Legend 2(Coup de grâce), which he directed himself, andAstro Boy, by David
