Joshua Radin (June 14, 1974) is an American folk singer-songwriter from
Cleveland, Ohio. Born and raised in the neighborhood of Shaker Heights, he
studied fine arts at Northwestern University and later worked as an art teacher,
screenwriter, and art gallery employee. After relocating to New York City, he
began writing songs on a guitar his father had given him for his birthday. In
