K-Reen is considered one of the forerunners of R&B in France. However, she has
found more recognition among her musician peers than among the general public,
with whom she remains little known. Her collaborations are sought-after:
numerous rap artists, including Fonky Family, Lââm, Oxmo Puccino, Shurik'N and
Akhenaton, have called on her services. K-Reen's only significant success was
his duet with Mystik, "Le Fruit défendu", which reached No. 15 in the charts in
2000. His albums K-Reen (1998) and Dimension (2001) made only brief appearances
in the charts.
