Kari Bremnes
Norwegian singer-songwriter Kari Bremnes composes songs which are full of
contrasts of light and shade artfully laid over majestic, sweeping melodies. She
attributes this style of writing to her childhood spent growing up amongst the
scenic backdrop of the Norwegian fjords where the dramatic transition from
summer to winter dominates the Norwegian way of life.
