Karina Gauvin
A Canadian soprano singer born in 1966, Karina Gauvin made a name for herself in
the various competitions she won between 1992 and 1995, before recording the
successful recital Little Notebook for Anna Magdalena Bach in 1997. A
collaborator with several Canadian orchestras, she performs in recital, at
festivals and in opera productions in the United States and Europe. A specialist
in the Baroque repertoire and Handel in particular, Karina Gauvin's recordings
