Punjabi acting and singing sensation Kulwinder Billa (born in Mansa, Punjab, India on February 2, 1984) made his foray into music-making in 2012 with debut album Koi Khaas, presenting a mixture of slower-paced Punjabi pop gems and energy-fueled bhangra bangers.
