Folk singer-songwriter Lizzy McAlpine was born Elizabeth Catherine McAlpine in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on September 21, 1999. She wrote her first songs
when she was in primary school and later honed in on her creative talents at
Boston's Berklee College of Music. After dropping out in junior year to pursue a
