Born in São Paulo in 1966, Luciana Souza developed a passion for singing from an
early age. A brilliant student in musical matters, as attested by diplomas from
Berklee College of Music and Boston's New England Conservatory, she taught
before moving into the studio, first as an accompanist (Hermeto Pascoal, Danilo
