Maddie Zahm (March 7, 1998) is an American singer-songwriter who rose to fame in
2018 as a contestant on the sixteenth season of reality music competition
American Idol. Hailing from Boise, Idaho, she auditioned in Los Angeles with a
cover of Dua Lipa's "New Rules" and made it to the next round after getting
approval from all three judges. Despite being eliminated during the Showcase
