Born in the 14th arrondissement of Paris on July 4, 1973, Médhy Custos spent his
childhood in Guadeloupe, where he began singing and playing gwoka in
Pointe-à-Pitre. Destined to evolve professionally in the music world, he first
joined the group Kwebee in 1996, with whom he produced his first songs. After
sharing the stage at concerts in the Antilles with Jean-Jacques Goldman and
Jacques Higelin, he produced the album Allianstars Vol. 1 with Gladys Cabarrus,
before officially going solo with his first album Serial Lover, released in
