Bry-sur-Marne (France), Michel Simon was a French actor and singer. He appeared
in over 145 films and 150 plays between 1920 and 1975. He played his first stage
role in 1920, in the play Les Ratés. He made his film debut in 1924, in La
Galerie des Monstres . In addition to acting, he was also a singer. In 1934, he
sang the songs " Amour en noir et blanc " and " Elle est épatante, cette petite
femme-là " with Arletty in the operetta Le Bonheur Mesdames. This was followed
