Formed in London in 2022, the Miki Berenyi Trio revolves around Miki Berenyi,
singer and guitarist with the band Lush between 1987 and 2016. Born on March 18,
1967 to a Hungarian father and Japanese mother, actress Yasuko Nagazumi, Miki
Eleonora Berenyi joined Lush in a trend combining shoegaze and dream pop on
three cult albums released between 1992 and 1996, before reforming in 2015. In
2018, she formed Piroshka with ex-Moose Kevin McKillop (guitar) and other
musicians, for the duration of two albums, before creating the trio under her
name with the same and bassist Oliver Cher...
