Mono Inc. were founded in Hamburg at the turn of the millennium by Martin
Engler, Miky Mono and Carl Fornia. The alternative dark rock project, which had
already been producing music under the name Mono 69 from 1998 to 2000, welcomed
Manuel Antoni as an additional member in 2003 and released its debut LP Head
Under Water just one year later. in 2006, Katha Mia joined the group as the new
drummer, which in turn led to the release of Mono Inc.'s second album, Temple of
