Nils Wülker was born in Bonn on August 17, 1977 and is one of the most important
jazz trumpeters and composers in Europe today. He began learning the piano at
the age of seven before switching to the trumpet at the age of ten. Nils Wülker
discovered his enthusiasm for jazz during an exchange year in the USA, when he
was inspired by musicians such as Miles Davis and Herbie Hancock. His musical
