Noizy
Rigels Rajku (September 27, 1986), known professionally as Noizy, is an Albanian
rapper and actor. Born into a multi-religious family in the small village of
Sukth, he fled the country with his family in 1997 and relocated to Southeast
London. Almost a decade later, he returned to Albania to participate in the
third edition of the Top Fest music competition with the song “Jemi OTR.” He
would come back the following year with the J-No and Decee collaborative effort
