Shin Ok-cheol, known as Outsider, is a renowned South Korean rapper born on
March 21, 1983. He gained fame for his remarkable speed-rapping skills,
achieving a record of 16.15 syllables per second during a world record attempt.
Outsider began his career in the underground scene with the 2004 EP "Come
Outside," and his breakthrough came with the 2006 single "Speed Star." He was
