Popa Chubby's blues-rock is just like the man himself: stocky and overflowing
with generosity. This New York singer and guitarist is a Rabelaisian character
who first seduced France. A great fan of Jimi Hendrix, he also has an ear for
all musical trends, and doesn't shy away from incorporating pop and rap
influences into his seminal blues. His twentieth album, Universal Breadown
Blues, released in 2013, is a return to his roots in the mid-1990s. I'm Feelin'
