Poppy
Poppy is the stage name of Moriah Rose Pereira, a genre-spanning musical artist,
actor and YouTube personality. She was born on January 1, 1995, in Boston,
Massachusetts, and moved to Nashville at four years old. After moving to Los
Angeles in 2013, she built a sizable following on YouTube, where she regularly
uploaded videos that showcased her Poppy character. Under the alias "That
Poppy," she signed with Island Records in 2015 and released her debut single,
"Everybody Wants to Be Poppy," that summer. An EP, Bubblebath, followed in 2016,
