Born in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, in the 1990s, Anoh Aimé Ange Daniel Ebalé became
known to the Ivorian public under his pseudonym Rémy Adan. As a youngster, he
developed his taste for music alongside his mother, a member of his parish
choir, and developed a passion for singing. He began studying economics at the
Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny in Cocody, then met a group of young artists
who offered him a singing role in their group in 2016. The practice was a
revelation, and Rémy Adan chose to pursue his solo career from 2018 onwards.
