Revolution
Considered the leader of a new generation of Zouglou, Révolution was formed in
2008 in Abidjan, around Prométhée, Isso, Saï Saï and Zokora. The group has
breathed new life into Zouglou, taking a less anti-establishment stance than its
predecessors, given the changed context. What's more, the group makes no secret
of its desire to offer lighter lyrics, to tell stories and to find Zouglou in
joyful events. Purists notwithstanding, the group has chosen to appeal to young
