Born Samuel Adams Wisner on August 14, 1987 in Massachusetts, rapper Sammy Adams started recording tracks at home while attending Trinity College. He had a viral smash when he refashioned the Asher Roth track “I Love College” into “I Hate College (Remix)”. A handful of further YouTube releases led to the 2010 EP Boston’s Boy, which captured his good-time, dance-oriented vibe on singles like “Tab Open”, “Just Sayin’”, and “Driving Me Crazy”, and reached number 73 on the album chart.
