Silversun Pickups
Founded in Los Angeles in 2000, Silversun Pickups is an alternative rock band
formed by Brian Aubert (lead vocals) and Nikki Monninger (bass), who had
previously met on a flight from Los Angeles to London. Joining the band were
Christopher Guanlao (drums), and Joe Lester (keyboards) and on July 25, 2006
they released their debut album Carnavas with their bombastic single "Lazy Eye”
making it to the top ten of the Billboard Modern Rock Track charts in 2007 and
featuring in the video games Rock Band 2 and Guitar Hero World Tour. Within a
