Widely regarded as one of the most technically gifted vocalists in Chinese
Mandopop, singer and actress Tan Weiwei (also known as Sitar Tan) was born on
October 8, 1982, in Fushun County, Sichuan. A classically trained performer, she
entered the Sichuan Conservatory of Music at the age of 19 and studied
