Born as a side project of the Christian rock band Pillar, Stars Go Dim formed in
2007 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The group, which initially consisted of lead singer
Chris Cleveland and Pillar members Joey Avalos and Lester Estelle II,
independently released their eponymous debut EP in 2008 and soon found
themselves opening for established acts such as Switchfoot, The Fray, Daughtry,
and Graham Colton. Their full-length debut, Love Gone Mad, appeared the
