Stefan Stoppok (* February 21, 1956 in Hamburg) or simply Stoppok is a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and rock musician from Germany. Stoppok moved to the Ruhr area with his family at an early age and grew up in Essen. He applies to study at the Folkwang Hochschule, but is unsuccessful. At the age of 18, Stoppok hit the road and spent three years touring Europe as a street musician. He began playing solo concerts in 1982.
