Titi Dwi Jayati, better known as Titi DJ, is an Indonesian pop diva, singer,
songwriter, and talent show judge. Born in Jakarta in 1966, Titi began her
career at a young age, singing on public television and representing Indonesia
in the Miss World 1983 competition. Despite not being a finalist, she continued
to pursue a career in music, performing with Guruh Soekarnoputra's Swara
Mahardhikka troupe and singing backup vocals for Indonesian pop singer Chrisye.
