Robert F. Fox (October 11, 1991), aka Toby Fox, is an American composer and video game developer best known as the mastermind behind the RPGs Undertale and Deltarune. Born in Manchester, New Hampshire, he developed a passion for video games very early in his life. His earliest work, a Halloween-themed ROM hack of the RPG Earthbound, came out in 2008.
