Vicci Martinez
Vicci Martinez is an American singer and actress who came to fame in 2003 when
she appeared in the TV talent series 'Star Search' but refused to go forward in
'American Idol' after winning a place due to disagreeing with the constraints of
the contract that was offered by the show. She continued to release music in
singles, EP and album form and in 2011 she came third in 'The Voice'. Although
she continued to tour in the USA and around Europe, in 2018 she also turned to
acting, with an appearance in the Netflix series 'Orange Is the New Black'.
