Vivid BAD SQUAD is a virtual band from the Japanese video game Project SEKAI
COLORFUL STAGE!. The game itself debuted in Japan in September 2020, introducing
audiences to a colorful cast of characters. Included in that cast was Vivid BAD
SQUAD, a fictional group of musicians rooted in hip-hop, pop, electronica, and
street music. Featuring the virtual characters Kohane Azusawa, An Shiraish,
Akito Shinonome, and Toya Aoyagi, Vivid BAD SQUAD debuted with the songs "Dr. =
Funk Beat," "Ready Steady," and "Frazir," with the group continuing to release
new material over the coming years...
