Wencke Myhre
Wencke Myhre (born 15 February 1947 in Oslo-Kjelsås) is a pop singer,
entertainer, and actor from Norway. From the 1960s onwards, she enjoyed success
with songs in Norwegian, German, Swedish, Danish, and English. Born Wenche
Synnøve Myhre, she won the Chat Noir talent competition in 1960, which led to a
recording contract at the age of 13. In the early phase of her career, she
initially enjoyed success as a young actor, appearing on German television for
