Rapper, producer, and singer-songwriter Elai was born on March 4, 1999, in
Gothenburg, Sweden, to Kosovo-Albanian parents from Mitrovica. Even though he
began his career in the late 2010s with the release of well-received singles
such as "3 Cuna" (2018) and "Money" (2019), as well as an EP titled Ensam that
appeared in 2020, it wasn't until early 2021 that he finally broke into the
mainstream with the singles "Paranormal" and "Lale," both of which cracked the
